AstoundSurround takes surround sound to the next level by integrating GenAudio's unique 3D audio technology within a multi-channel mix. AstoundSurround is compatible with all surround delivery formats. The two channel fold-down from an AstoundSurround mix maintains the integrity of the localization cues that were applied during mixing.

This enables a two-channel (stereo) audio experience that precisely emulates the surround sound mix. No special hardware or decoding equipment is required and playback can be experienced through any set of headphones or speakers.
